We take pride in providing every client with a seamless service experience and here are the steps we’ll guide you through to prepare your property for the campaign.
Steps for success
We’ll meet with you to view the property and discuss how to realise best the total vision to attract prospective buyers.
Together, we’ll discuss package options and ideas to bring space, flow, and showcase the very best of your home.
Based on the package selected, you will then receive a quotation for the agreed campaign period.
We will install furniture and style your house to perfection for all marketing materials and open home days.
Upon campaign completion, we will collect all furniture and property styling elements.
To help us style your property, we ask you to please make sure that all agreed-upon furniture has been removed before our arrival. We also ask that your property has been professionally cleaned before styling day.
This will help every prospective buyer experience the absolute best when viewing your home.
