Payment
​Full payment is required prior to installation.

Rental Period
​We reserve the right to collect all rental items once the property has sold unconditionally. No refund will apply in the event of an early collection within the four week rental period.

Item Usage
​All furniture and accessories are for display purposes only and are not intended for use unless prior arrangements have been made with stylist. The owner of the property is responsible for all items hired. Damaged or soiled items may incur a cleaning fee or replacement cost.

Wall Hanging
​Nails may be put in walls where required in order to securely hang artworks or mirrors. These nails will remain in place after the removal of our items. If drilling or nailing of holes in walls are not permitted, please advice our stylist prior to installation. We do not use 3M adhesive hooks.

End of Lease
​Please contact us 2 business days prior to the end of leasing period to make a booking for collection or to extend rental on a week to week basis. Payment for the subsequent weeks will be collected at the beginning of the extension period.

Timings
​Delivery, installation and styling may take 1 – 2 business days. Unless prior arrangements have been made with our stylist, we recommend organising photography a day following our installation. Please be aware that unforseen delays can occur from time to time and therefore we may not be able to guarantee a completion time.

Access
​The property owner is responsible for arranging clear access to the property on the date of installation and removal. Please also ensure that the property is safe, clean, and any necessary building works are completed in preparation for the installation on the agreed-upon date. If for any reason, we cannot access the property, Purple Feather Pty. Ltd may reschedule the installation and a rescheduling fee will be charged.
